Zevrion provides software for analysing and managing Google Ads campaigns, including campaign performance analysis, search-term and keyword analysis, AI-powered recommendations, advertising optimisation, and automation features. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, transfer, and disclose personal information and Google user data when you use Zevrion.

When you use Zevrion, we may collect and process:

Google Ads information

When you connect a Google Ads account to Zevrion and authorise access through Google's OAuth process, we may access and store information made available through the Google Ads API, including:

• Google Ads account information
• Campaign information
• Ad group information
• Advertisement information
• Keyword information
• Search-term information
• Campaign performance metrics
• Daily advertising metrics
• Impression-share metrics
• Budget and bidding information
• Other Google Ads information required to provide the features you request

We only request and access Google data that is necessary for the functionality provided by Zevrion.

Payment information

Zevrion uses Stripe to process subscriptions and payments. Payment card information is handled by Stripe and is not stored directly by Zevrion.

We use Google user data to provide the functionality of Zevrion that you request and can access within the application. This includes:

• Connecting and displaying your Google Ads accounts
• Analysing campaign performance
• Analysing keywords and search terms
• Identifying advertising opportunities
• Generating advertising recommendations
• Generating and improving advertising copy where requested
• Providing AI-powered campaign analysis
• Providing optimisation recommendations
• Supporting budget and campaign-management features
• Applying automated changes where you have enabled the relevant Zevrion functionality
• Monitoring and maintaining the operation and security of the service

We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for targeted advertising, personalised advertising, or retargeted advertising.

Zevrion uses Google Gemini, an artificial intelligence service provided by Google, to provide analysis, recommendations, and insights. When you use AI-powered features, relevant advertising data (such as search terms, keywords, and campaign metrics) may be sent to Google Gemini for processing.

We do not send billing information, payment card details, or OAuth tokens to Google Gemini. We do not use Google user data to train or improve Google Gemini or any third-party AI models.

Zevrion includes optional automation features that may apply changes to your Google Ads account based on your instructions and the settings you choose. Automated changes are only made when the relevant automation setting is enabled in your account. You can disable automation at any time.

Data is stored in our managed cloud database with row-level security so each customer can only read their own records. OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, and the decryption key is held separately in our server secret store.

We implement technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information and Google user data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. However, no security system is completely infallible, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep your workspace data for as long as your account is active. After cancellation we retain it for 90 days so you can reactivate, then delete it. You can ask us to delete everything sooner through the support form or by contacting us.

Certain information may be retained where necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.

We do not sell personal information or Google user data. We may share information with trusted third-party service providers only as necessary to operate the service, such as:

• Cloud infrastructure and database providers
• AI providers (Google Gemini) for processing advertising data
• Payment processors (Stripe)
• Google, via the Google Ads API and OAuth, to provide authorised functionality

We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Zevrion, our users, or others.

Your personal information and Google user data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries outside your country of residence. When we transfer data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or other legally recognised transfer mechanisms, to protect your information.

We use only essential cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your workspace preferences. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

You may request deletion of your Zevrion account and associated personal information and Google Ads information by contacting us. When a valid deletion request is received, we will delete or anonymise the relevant information unless we are legally required or permitted to retain it.

Zevrion uses Stripe for subscription and payment processing. When you subscribe to Zevrion, payment information may be provided directly to Stripe. Stripe processes payment information according to its own privacy policy and terms. Zevrion does not store complete payment card numbers.

Zevrion uses third-party services to provide and operate the application, including:

• Lovable Cloud for cloud application infrastructure and database functionality
• Google Gemini for AI-powered processing and analysis
• Stripe for subscription and payment processing
• Google APIs to provide authorised Google Ads functionality

Third-party providers may process information only as necessary to provide their relevant services and are subject to their applicable privacy and security obligations.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

• Request access to your personal information
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Request restriction of certain processing
• Object to certain processing
• Request a copy of your information

You may also revoke Zevrion's access to your Google Account at any time through your Google Account settings. To exercise your rights, contact us using the contact details below.
