Privacy Policy

• Account data: your name, email address and company name.
• Google Ads data: campaign, keyword, search term, impression-share and spend metrics pulled through the Google Ads API for the accounts you connect.
• An encrypted Google OAuth refresh token, used only to read reports and apply changes you allow.
• Billing data held by our payment processor — we never see or store your card details.
• Support tickets and the audit log of changes made to your account.

We use your data to run the service: syncing metrics, generating AI recommendations, applying approved or automated changes, sending change notifications, billing you, and answering support requests. We do not sell your data or use your Google Ads data to advertise to you.

Search terms and campaign metrics are sent to our AI provider to be scored and to generate negative keyword and ad copy suggestions. Only the advertising data needed for the analysis is sent — never your billing details or OAuth tokens — and it is not used to train third-party models.

Data is stored in our managed cloud database with row-level security so each customer can only ever read their own records. OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, and the decryption key is held separately in our server secret store.

We keep your workspace data for as long as your account is active. After cancellation we retain it for 90 days so you can reactivate, then delete it. You can ask us to delete everything sooner through the support form.

Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or ask for a copy in a portable format. Contact us through the in-app support form and we will respond within 30 days. You can also revoke Zevrion's Google Ads access at any time from your Google Account permissions.

We use only essential cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your workspace preferences. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
